Hands-on Learning

Talking about the "hands-on" learning at The Tech in an earlier post reminded me of a picture taken at a session of the Robotics Club @ Aditi which I run for high school kids at Mallya Aditi International School, Bangalore.

This one's a personal favorite - quite literally "hands-on" learning! The Robotics Club sessions are fun! Learning is incidental...

Dear Shuchi - that photo and those sentences - about having fun and how learning is incidental speaks volumes- your blog is really beginning to speak - I read your reflections on what Kalam said and yes, it's a crying shame that educators in india are not educated on how to educate - glad that in small pockets like here in Aditi things are beginning to change - may the ripples spread so that education with tech as its powerful aid makes the lives of children all over a happy one in regard to their learning experiences...
